REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your KyneRx gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns - You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email [support@kynerx.com] with your order number.
Custom / made-to-order items - Products that are printed or made to order are final sale and can't be returned for buyer's remorse. They're only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (see below).
Defective, damaged, or wrong item - Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping.
Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Return shipping - For standard returns, the customer covers return shipping. For defective/incorrect items, we cover it.
Exchanges - Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll help.
