SHIPPING POLICY

**Processing time.** Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

**Shipping time.** Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

**Shipping rates.** Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

**Tracking.** A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or email support@kynerx.com.

**Lost or damaged in transit.** If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@kynerx.com and we'll make it right.

**Address accuracy.** Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
